Last updated: 18 May 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website boneiokneeix.world (“Site”) operated from New Zealand. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of our services
We provide general lifestyle education about everyday drinking habits through articles, workshops, and optional paid consultations. We are not a registered medical provider, hospital, or allied health clinic under New Zealand law.
- Content on the Site is for general information only.
- It is not medical, dietetic, or therapeutic advice.
- We do not guarantee specific health, fitness, or weight outcomes.
- For emergencies, call 111 in New Zealand (or your local emergency number overseas).
3. Fair Trading Act 1986 and advertising
We must not mislead or deceive you under the Fair Trading Act 1986. We aim to describe our services honestly, including what is included, any fees, and that results vary. If we make a factual error, contact us and we will correct it where practicable.
3a. Google Ads and other online advertising (New Zealand)
If you reach this Site through Google Ads or similar platforms in New Zealand, the following applies in addition to the Fair Trading Act:
- Destination match: The page you land on describes the same services as the ad (lifestyle education, workshops, optional paid consultations)—we do not switch you to unrelated products or “miracle” health claims.
- No prohibited products: We do not sell medicines, pharmacy-only products, or regulated medical devices through this Site.
- Pricing clarity: Paid services are quoted in NZD by email before payment. If GST applies, we state the inclusive amount on your booking confirmation or invoice.
- Contact: You can verify who we are using the details in section 1 above.
4. Paid services and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you purchase a workshop seat or a private lifestyle session from us as a consumer (personal, domestic, or household use), the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) may apply. Under the CGA, services must be:
- Carried out with reasonable care and skill;
- Fit for any particular purpose you told us about; and
- Completed within a reasonable time if no time is set.
Prices and booking: Fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. Final price, date, location (in person or online), and cancellation terms are confirmed by email before you pay. We do not charge hidden booking fees on this Site.
Business customers: If you buy services for business purposes, you and we may agree in writing that the CGA does not apply, as permitted by section 43 of the CGA.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot contract out of under the CGA or Fair Trading Act.
5. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Privacy Act 2020) and Cookie Policy. By submitting forms, you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to processing as described.

- Submit false, defamatory, or infringing material via our contact form.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license the copyright in Site content (text, design, logos, images). You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republication, republication on other sites, or commercial use requires our prior written consent under the Copyright Act 1994.
8. User content
If you send us messages, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content to respond to you and operate our services. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may embed third-party tools (for example Google Maps). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
10. Limitation of liability

- The Site and content are provided on an “as is” basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on general information.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site (except under the CGA or Fair Trading Act where they apply) is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months before the claim, or NZD $100 if you paid nothing, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including statutory guarantees under the CGA for consumers).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except where caused by our negligence or breach of law.
